So many of us have grown up in churches where there is confusion regarding our identity as new covenant believers. This resource acts as a comparison chart between two mindsets: one rooted in the old commitments that God made with His people, and the the other, rooted in the death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus.
Our “identity mirror” is the Word of God, and that IMAGE is what we are conformed/transformed into. The Gospel of Jesus does not show us our flaws and failures but shows us what the truth about us is because of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. If who you think you are is not in agreement with the mirror of the Word, it’s NOT the truth about you. Just because you don’t feel like it, or because you are not operating in it, doesn’t mean it’s not who you are. This resource is used by the majority of our congregation as we learn to renew our minds with truth! (CLICK HERE FOR THE CONSOLIDATED VERSION)
As Christ followers, we not only have we been cleansed and freed from sin, we have also been delivered from the need to be sin-focused!
So what do we do when we are confronted with the reality that in our minds, wills, and emotions, we are struggling through sin issues, woundedness, and emotional brokenness? Use this resource as a step by step journey in repentance and self-deliverance. Click Here to listen to our quarterly SOUL CARE events.
This resource, first created by Kirk Bennet, is a powerful tool to mine for revelation in the scriptures. The format of the document was shaped to empower believers to meditate on the word in an exciting and engaging way. Get ready to cook up some revelation with the Lord! For more on the RSSWP of Revelation, listen to Pastor Josh's short training on it HERE.
The sky is the limit when it comes to how you could structure a Kingdom community of people. As a church, we believe that God has placed the seeds of global Kingdom movements in everyday believers' hearts and that each communal vision comes in a different shape and size.
We have created resources to help the everyday believer start a community. These resources are meant to spark ideas of your own. What does your dream community look like? Let these resources be a launch pad for your crew to discover what your unique Kingdom community looks like!
As you examine the Bible, you see that approximately 70% of it is made up of stories, parables, and narratives. This clearly demonstrates that God has put much significance and power in stories and parables. By intentional design, BFAM focuses on stories and parables because they are easy to remember and retell in illiterate communities.
As you discover hidden mysteries in the Bible, you will remember these special discoveries as they become more personal to you and your journey with God.
